Started out great but then...

I used to LOVE this game. I used to play it every day. But then one day (about a year ago) I opened the app, my jewels fell into place, but I couldnt do anything. I couldnt move a single jewel, or even access the settings or menu. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled it several times since, but with the same result.
I have no clue what happened.
Whatever it was, please fix it.
