Whats Going On?

WILL YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH THIS SO IT DOESNT CRASH AGAIN.
Can you at least acknowledge my request please. I just want to know that you have seen my review.
Here we go again.
Ive played ijewels on my last 2 phones. Older versions do not crash. On my iPhone 5 and now my 6+ its crashed again, TWICE!! The screen shows the board seemingly ready to play, but nothing moves. I cant change anything nor can I get to the settings. If I delete it and reinstall I loose my scores. Any ideas whats going on, anyone?
